RETURN POLICY

At Dermatología Borinquen, we understand that patient satisfaction is of utmost importance; however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

PICK-UP POLICY

Orders designated for in-office pick-up must be collected within three (3) weeks from the date of purchase. If the order is not picked up within this period, the items will be returned to our warehouse, and an automatic refund of 80% of the total purchase amount will be processed to the original payment method.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. The order will be sent only to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice any errors or omissions in the shipping address immediately after completing your order, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible, so we can assist you promptly.

Please note that if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, and the order has already been processed, a new shipping label will be generated. The cost associated with reissuing the label will be the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any store credit, if applicable.

If a customer chooses not to cover the additional costs incurred due to an incorrect address, they may request the cancellation of the order; however, the cancellation will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be credited to the store, and the store credit must be used within the period outlined by our policies.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Dermatología Borinquen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend that you file a claim directly with the carrier.

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, Dermatología Borinquen cannot assume responsibility for any issues related to the delivery or condition of the package.
